Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival, understanding their healthcare and insurance-related needs.
• Gather pertinent customer information such as names, contact details, and reason for visitation.
• Collaborate with retail sales consultants or relevant team members to address customer inquiries or requests.
• Aid customers in completing surveys and inputting data into our database.
• Handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance or directing calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment conducive to customer satisfaction.

Location: New Hartford, NY – on-site position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Temp-to-hire position with a 12-month contract.

Pay: $19.50 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a healthcare or insurance-related setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare and insurance terminology and processes is preferred
